SHOPPING HERE HELPS HOUNDS! This month ALL PROCEEDS will be donated to Greyhounds in Motion
The mission of Greyhounds In Motion is to
expedite the transition of greyhounds from retired racer to family pet.
We got our start because many retired racing Greyhounds in Florida and many
homes across the country wanted to adopt, so the transportation of these pups was
an obvious need. In the beginning, volunteers rented vans and drove several
dogs at a time. Eventually, we purchased a van of our own. Our territories
include: FL, GA, LA, TX, AL, AR, MO, IL, IN, MI, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, DE, MD,
TN, PA, NY, NJ.
Over time the needs shifted and we headed to
Spain with the dream of helping Galgos. Through our partnership with Galgos del
Sol we now have our own adoption program in addition to our transport program.
