GRIN's Mission: founded to establish a relationship between the galgo shelters in Spain and animal lovers around the world. Our love of greyhounds and concern for their plight drew us to their cousins - the Galgos. Galgos are used for hunting in Spain, and are normally abandoned or killed at the end of hunting season. Working closely with Spanish galgo shelters, G.R.I.N. raises awareness of the galgo's plight through international educational campaigns and fundraising.
